This privacy policy applies to Availy AS with organization number 827608912 for the website

http://availy.com. This is the Privacy (and Cookies) Notice ("Notice") for the website www.availy.com , and all

Availy affiliate sites ("Sites"), or our applications ("Apps") (together "Services").

The purpose of this privacy policy is to give you an overview of how we collect and use privacy information on

our websites and/or any content, service, support, information documents provided to you by us as part of our

service to you as a user of the application. (any natural person who has access to our Services) and/or you as

a representative of a "customer" (any company registered with an Availy account). The privacy policy is part

of our terms of use, which you must accept when you use our websites and/or communicate with us, by

sending us information via e-mail or the chat function.

What personal data do we collect and why:

Personal data collected are mainly: name, e-mail, address, company you work for, payment information, telephone number.

We neither collect, register nor process sensitive personal data.

We also collect non-personal information, such as anonymous user data. This is specified in more detail in

later sections of this privacy policy.

Purpose:

The purpose of collecting the personal data is to:

• be able to communicate with you as a potential, existing or former customer

• be able to communicate with you, who is our partner

• to be able to carry out transactions between us and you

• to be able to carry out agreements between us and you

• You have applied for a job with us. The information we collect, or can collect, is: name, email and telephone.

• You participate in a customer survey/competition. The information we collect, or can collect, is: first name, surname, e-mail and telephone.

• You are a supplier to us or a partner of ours. The information we collect, or can collect, is: First name, surname, contact details, position/function and employer.

Treatment basis

Our basis for processing is under the statutory basis and is:

• Necessary to fulfill a legal obligation: This applies to personal data that we are obliged to collect, store and/or process as a result of legal regulation.

Use of third parties

Sharing of personal information with others: Some sharing of personal information is necessary in order to

operate our business. This will typically be IT suppliers, accounting/auditing, consultancy and statutory reporting to authorities.

The website is hosted by Domaineshop. We use the following data processing services: Stripe, Sendgrid, Google, MailChimp.

Storage of personal data:

Security and deletion. We take security seriously and safeguard personal data in the best possible way so that unauthorized

persons do not gain access or have the opportunity to change and influence the personal data. We only use IT suppliers and software that we believe gives us sufficient security.

Personnel access:

Only necessary personnel have access to the personal data. The personal information is

stored behind a firewall and is password protected. The personal information is not transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA area (third countries).

According to the Personal Data Act, information that is no longer necessary based on the purpose for which

it was stored must be deleted. We store personal data we collect in accordance with the legislation currently

in force. You can at any time demand the deletion of all personal information we have about you, with the

exception of information we are required or obliged to keep, in line with applicable regulations, or to which we

must have access in order to carry out and maintain an agreement with you.

What rights do you have with your personal information?

Communication from us: If you no longer wish to receive e-mails from us, click the

cancellation link that you usually find at the bottom of every e-mail you receive from us. If

you wish to be deleted from all our registers, send us an e-mail to hello@availy.com.

Withdraw consent, access and correction: You can choose to withdraw your consent to the

processing of personal data at any time. You also have a right to access the personal data

that has been registered. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you can

request that it be corrected.

You can also demand to be provided with personal data that we have created so that you

can reuse it as you wish on other systems/services. You may have the right to have your information deleted.
